The brief
The client needed to bring additional manufacturing capacity online before the Q4 peak demand season — a hard deadline with no commercial flexibility. The project had to be executed without disrupting the adjacent live production facility.
Our approach
Gajeeb adopted a fast-track EPC model with overlapping design and procurement phases. Modular pre-fabrication of utilities skids off-site reduced on-site construction time by three weeks and minimised interference with live plant operations.
