The brief
The client required a significant increase in throughput capacity at an existing operational flow station without halting production during construction. The site is located in a sensitive Niger Delta environment, adding logistical and community engagement complexity.
Our approach
Gajeeb developed a phased execution strategy that enabled parallel construction with live plant operations. All tie-ins were executed during pre-planned production shutdowns of less than 12 hours each. A dedicated community liaison officer was embedded on site for the project duration.
