The brief

The client needed a dedicated 33kV injection point to replace an unreliable shared supply that was causing significant production losses. The project required parallel coordination with the local DisCo for grid connection approval while maintaining a tight 18-week programme.

Our approach

Gajeeb managed all DisCo interface activities and technical approval submissions in parallel with detailed engineering and equipment procurement. The transformer and switchgear were procured from pre-qualified vendors with a 10-week delivery window, protecting the programme critical path.
